Begins November 6th, 2017
This is a 4 week challenge. There will be 6 workouts a week that consist of resistance training/ core circuit days and a cardio/stretching day.
The plan will include a low carb meal plan to follow during the challenge. the program is unisex and does have home and gym options.
There will not be winners chosen upon completion. Instead we will do a random drawing at the end of each week for some really great prizes.
At the end of each week I will ask that you email and let me know that you have completed the workouts for the week.
Before and after results will be sent in when the 4 weeks are up. everyone who sends in results will get some awesome cristellifit gear.
